to find out how RAH might give assistance

in a particular situation. A representative

of RAH will meet with individuals or

groups to explain the program in general

or as it relates to specific concerns.

In the event that Hospice turns out not to be

just right for your situation, we often lend

equipment and offer advice as to other

resources in the community to pursue.

So, please call. Many of the families

we have served say they wish they

had called earlier! Ultimately,

an individual's personal physician

and the Hospice team will consult

to determine whether the patient

and his or her family may enroll

in the RAH program.
